Kishan Fatnani

Kishan Fatnani is the Director of Corporate Development at FirstLight Power. Kishan has over fifteen years of experience in the corporate development and investment banking industries.

Fatnani began their career as a Business Analyst - ERP Solution for Capgemini from December 2004 to December 2005. Kishan then became an Advance Consultant - ERP Solution for IBM from November 2006 to July 2008. After their time at IBM, they became a Consultant - ERP Solution for IBM from December 2003 to December 2004.

In 2008, Fatnani joined Prosoft Technology Group as a Senior Business Analyst - ERP Solution and remained with the company until 2012 when they transitioned to investment banking. Kishan interned at Butcher Joseph Hayes in May 2013 and then became a full-time consultant at Thompson Street Capital Partners in January 2013.

In 2014, Fatnani became a Project Lead at Automation Service (FTL Capital) and then Investment Banking Associate Intern at martinwolf | M&A Advisors from July 2014 to September 2014. Kishan left martinwolf in October 2014 to join Deloitte as a Manager where they worked until May 2019 when they were recruited by FirstLight Power.

Kishan Fatnani has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Kishan also has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from L&T Institute of Technology.

Their manager is Alicia Barton, President & CEO. Kishan Fatnani works with Bryan Diaz - Director, Quantitative Services, Matthew Vestal - Head, Corporate Strategy, and Len Greene - Director, Government Affairs & Communications.
