Ron Medina, C.E.T. has extensive experience in operations and engineering, currently serving as Senior Operating Manager at FirstLight, where previous roles included Operating Manager and Water Resource Analyst/Operations Scheduler. Prior experience includes working as an Application Engineering Specialist at Rockwell Automation, Electrical-Mechanical Assembler at Bruce Bradley Machinery, and Hour Ahead Dispatchable Load Operator at IESO. Ron Medina also held a leadership position as Warrant Officer 1st Class with the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, 142 Mimico Squadron.
