Adam Bhame has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on customer repair center management. Adam is currently working as the Director of Customer Repair Center at FirstLight Fiber since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked for Windstream from 2011 to 2019, holding various roles including Senior Manager, Data Manager, Transport Manager, and Technical Team Lead. In their role as Senior Manager, Bhame oversaw the daily operations of the Enterprise Repair Centers in Rochester NY and Charlotte NC, managing a team of 5 Managers and 70 technicians who troubleshooted network issues related to DS1/DS3 circuits, voice, data, and equipment.
