Joe Martini

Joe Martini has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in various industries. Joe started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Lead Financial Analyst from 2003 to 2010. Later, they joined Avery Dennison as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing assistance with financial projects and performing bridge analysis.

Joe then transitioned to the telecommunications industry, working at Crown Castle. Joe held multiple roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and eventually became the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In these positions, they oversaw FP&A operations, led integration efforts for multiple fiber companies, and optimized financial reporting processes.

In 2021, Joe joined Lightpath as the Senior Director of Business Planning, where they led financial activities and directed a team. Joe improved deal-specific financial metrics and implemented deal metrics tracking in Salesforce.

Currently, Joe is the Founder of Andover Leadership Partners LLC, where they provide leadership coaching services to individuals and companies. Joe'sexpertise includes client-driven coaching sessions, quantitative and qualitative assessments, and developing long-term plans.

In 2023, Joe will be joining FirstLight Fiber as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Joe Martini has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross. Joe also holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. In 2022, Joe Martini completed a Graduate Certificate program in Executive Coaching from William James College.
