Thomas Wurst

Thomas Wurst has extensive experience in business performance and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Business Performance at FirstLight Fiber since May 2024. Previously, Wurst held the role of Manager of Business Intelligence and Reporting at Sony for a brief period in early 2024, focusing on data governance and business performance reporting. A significant tenure at Crown Castle spanned nearly a decade, where Wurst advanced from Internal Audit Intern to Manager of Business Performance - Analytics, leading a team of Business Analysts and overseeing program reporting for key accounts. Wurst possesses a strong analytical background, having developed project management methodologies and Power BI reporting infrastructure. Earlier experience as a Chef and Kitchen Manager at Bados Cucina provided foundation experience in customer service and operational management. Wurst holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
