Sudhakar Balakrishnan

Sudhakar Balakrishnan is the Founder and Group CEO at FirstMeridian Business Services since July 2018. Previously, Sudhakar worked as the Managing Director at Adecco, India from November 2000 to October 2014. Prior to that, Sudhakar held the position of Head HR at Sify in the year 2000 and served as the General Manager at ABC Consultants from 1995 to 2000. Sudhakar holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Madras School Of Social Work and a BA in Corporate Secretaryship and Commerce from PSG College of Arts and Science. Sudhakar has also completed Senior Leadership, Social Media, and Leadership Development programs from INSEAD, Hyper Island, and IMD respectively. Sudhakar's educational journey began at Carmel Garden Matriculation School.
