Ashok Shastry

Ashok Shastry is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in technology and consulting. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of FIRSTMILE, a Meraqui Company, Ashok focuses on COE incubation, captive services, consulting, product engineering, and shared services since October 2023. Ashok also founded Lateral Systems Inc. in November 2018, providing CoE on Hire and Lab on Hire solutions to global tech companies. Previous roles include Sales Leader at EVRY, where Ashok led the customization and sales of financial services products in the US, and Business Partner at a large education company. With a robust background at Infosys Limited in various leadership roles within BFSI platforms, Ashok also founded Consultgenie.com, an online marketplace for senior professionals. Early career experience includes positions at Collabera and Tata Consultancy Services. Ashok holds an MBA in Venture Finance and Marketing from Queen's School of Business and a BE in Electronics from SJCE, Mysore.
