Wendy Burkin

Wendy Burkin has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and financial industry. Wendy currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at First National Financial LP, a position they have held since December 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company from January 2011 until December 2019.

Before joining First National Financial LP, Burkin worked at IsaiX Technologies as a Director of Client Delivery from February 2008 to December 2010. In this role, they led large client initiatives, provided project management support, and managed a team of Account Managers and Graphic Designers.

Burkin also has previous experience at CIBC, where they held various roles. Wendy worked as a Director of Training and Documentation Management in Global Operations from September 2006 to January 2008, a Director of Learning in CIBC Mortgages, Lending, and Insurance from November 1999 to September 2006, a Manager of Mortgage Renewals from May 1998 to November 1999, and a Business Analyst and Trainer from November 1995 to May 1998.

Wendy began their career at FirstLine Mortgages as an Investor Relations Representative from February 1992 to October 1995.

Wendy Burkin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto from 1986 to 1990.
