Lorri Meulendyks

Lorri Meulendyks currently serves as a Director at FirstOntario Credit Union since October 2020. Previously, Lorri held the title of Director of Enterprise Process Management at The Co-operators from August 2011 to July 2017, focusing on process management and continuous improvement within the organization. Prior experience includes a tenure as AVP of Business Architecture & Strategic Initiatives at The CUMIS Group from 1982 to 2011. Lorri's educational credentials include a BMath in Mathematics and Accounting from the University of Waterloo and various certifications in customer experience, analytics, and Lean methodologies, including ACCUD, CXAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Sensei.
