Laura Lewis (Kerr) currently serves as the Associate Director for Olympic Sports at FirstPoint USA, focusing on the recruitment of international student-athletes for US universities in various Olympic sports. Prior to this, Laura held multiple leadership and coaching roles at UK Athletics, including Associate Director of Athletics and Team Leader for the Great Britain U18 team at the European U18 Championships. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Lead and Acting Head of Athletics at Athletics NI and providing coaching and development services across various sports organizations. Laura has also contributed as a Sports Science Lecturer at South Eastern Regional College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health & Human Performance from McNeese State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from Ulster University.
