Jo Green

Jo Green is an experienced professional in business development and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at FirstPort since September 2024. Previously, Jo held the position of Director of Business Development (Europe) at Cortland and Head of Business Development at Home Made, where a pioneering operating model and technology were utilized to transform Build to Rent lease-up in the UK. Jo has a strong background in sales and client services, serving as Sales Director at ideal flatmate and Director of PRS & Build to Rent Client Services at PRSim. Further experience includes operational leadership roles at SLC Solicitors and Trader Media Group, as well as a decade of progressive sales management at Cambridge Newspapers Ltd. Jo Green earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Wolverhampton between 2012 and 2017.
