Ethan McKown

Ethan McKown is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Lead at firstPRO 360 since March 2021, following a role as Recruiter II in the A&F Division. Prior to firstPRO 360, Ethan worked at Ascendo Resources as an Executive Recruiter from May 2020 to February 2021, and at Robert Half from March 2018 to April 2020 in various positions, including Staffing Executive and Staffing Manager. Ethan’s career began with an internship in Internal Audit at Mohawk Industries in late 2017. Academically, Ethan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University between 2014 and 2017, after obtaining an Associate of Science in General Studies from Georgia Highlands College from 2012 to 2014.
