Nicole Goodwin

Nicole Goodwin has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and operations. Nicole started their career at Stafford Business Solutions, where they worked as an HR Admin/Account Manager from August 2007 to July 2008. Nicole then joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter from July 2008 to February 2010. Following that, they worked at Lincoln Financial Group as a Recruiting Coordinator from February 2010 to July 2011. Nicole then joined Stradley Ronon as a Recruitment and Development Coordinator from August 2011 to October 2012. Nicole further advanced their career at firstPro, Inc, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter from October 2012 to October 2013, Recruiting Manager from October 2013 to August 2018, Director of Recruiting and Operations from September 2018 to May 2022, and most recently, as the Vice President of Recruiting and Operations since May 2022. Nicole's experience revolves around providing accounting and finance professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent basis, and their expertise in this field has helped reduce the amount of time spent on recruiting.

Nicole Goodwin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Retirement Planning Counselor from the College for Financial Planning in March 2011.
