Nicole further advanced their career at firstPro, Inc, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter from October 2012 to October 2013, Recruiting Manager from October 2013 to August 2018, Director of Recruiting and Operations from September 2018 to May 2022, and most recently, as the Vice President of Recruiting and Operations since May 2022.
