Alicia Buechler

Alicia Buechler has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Alicia is currently serving as the Vice President of Recruiting Operations at Improving since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter - Midwest at Improving from August 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining Improving, Alicia held positions at Object Partners, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter from August 2020 to August 2020 and as a Technical Recruiter from October 2018 to August 2020.

Alicia also worked at Concentric Corporation as a Business Development Manager/Technical Recruiter from September 2017 to September 2018.

Alicia's previous roles include an Account Manager at SolutionOne from October 2016 to September 2017 and an Operations Brand Advisor at Sirius Computer Solutions from May 2014 to October 2016.

Prior to their corporate career, they owned and operated a daycare as a self-employed individual from August 2011 to May 2014.

Alicia began their career as a Sales Assistant at Lied Lodge & Conference Center from August 2008 to April 2011.

Alicia Buechler obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General from Iowa Western Community College, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Alicia then went on to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bellevue University, where they were enrolled from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in January 2019, Alicia obtained a certification in Entelo Basics from Entelo.
