Laura E. Lange

Laura E. Lange, PhD, currently serves as the Regulatory Affairs Manager and Product Development Manager at First Quality since September 2020. Previously, Laura was a Cotton Developer at Inter IKEA Group from February 2017 to September 2020 and worked as a Technical and Market Development Specialist at INVISTA from January 2014 to February 2017. At INVISTA, Laura was part of a multifunctional team focused on bringing innovative product technology platforms to market and facilitated communication regarding technical benefits across various departments. Laura’s academic background includes a PhD and Master's in Fiber Science from Cornell University, where research concentrated on creating textiles that prevent dermal absorption of harmful substances. Additional early research experience includes a summer internship at Accord Biomaterials and work as an undergraduate researcher at the University of Michigan.
