Tonny de Beer

Tonny De Beer currently serves as Chief Product Innovation Officer at First Quality since April 2024. Previously, from November 2018 to April 2024, Tonny held the position of Chief Product, Technology and Sustainability Officer at PFNonwovens Group, where responsibilities included co-leading global operations, overseeing product and technology development, and driving sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Tonny worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles such as Section Head Corporate Platform Technology Innovation and Section Head Nonwoven Fabric Material Innovation, focusing on product development and material innovation. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Research Scientist at AstraZeneca and Senior Instructor/Post-doc at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Tonny holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, both from Utrecht University.
