Nikki Morrison is currently the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at FirstRand Group, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as Head of Org Design, Talent, Transformation & Workforce Planning at FNB South Africa from 2014 to 2021, and held various leadership roles in talent management at First National Bank between 2009 and 2014. Nikki began their career as an HR Senior Business Partner at General Motors from 2007 to 2009. They are pursuing several degrees at the University of Port Elizabeth and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, including a BA Honours in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
