James Century

James Century is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at First Round Capital since November 2020, James previously held the position of Managing Director at Wells Fargo from July 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading the Central Region Service and Sales team and managing key client relationships. Prior roles also include Senior Vice President at Advantus Capital Management, where James oversaw Relationship Management and Sales, and Director of Marketing at Blue Rock Advisors, focusing on business development and marketing communications. James holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
