Jessica Lachs

Jessica Lachs serves as the Chief Analytics Officer at DoorDash, where responsibilities include building a global analytics organization to facilitate improved decision-making across DoorDash and Wolt, overseeing teams in data science, business operations, and analytics engineering. Previously, Jessica held roles as VP of Analytics & Data Science and Head of Business Operations & Analytics at DoorDash, and was the company's first General Manager. In addition to corporate experience, Jessica is a seed investor and advisor for early-stage companies and serves as an angel investor and startup mentor with First Round Capital. Prior to their current ventures, Jessica founded and served as CEO of GiftSimple, a social gifting startup, and worked as an investment banking associate and analyst at Lehman Brothers. Jessica holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BS with Honors from Cornell University.
