Margarette Jung

Margarette Jung is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Growth Marketing Director at First Round Capital since 2025, Margarette has held pivotal roles at various organizations, including Fractional CMO at docbotic and Head of Marketing and Communications at Cayaba Care. Between 2020 and 2024, Margarette also provided advisory and consulting services to early-stage startups. Previous positions include Growth Marketing Lead at Harness Wealth and Director of Marketing for the 2019 Virginia State Elections. Margarette began a career in marketing at Magoosh as Director of Marketing and held roles at PandaDoc and Human Interest.
