Sierra Larson

Sierra Larson is an accomplished Executive Coach and Facilitator at The Conscious Leadership Group, as well as a Coach in Residence at First Round Capital, where responsibilities include designing developmental experiences for founders and executives. As the Founder of Brass Tacks Coaching, Sierra specializes in enhancing team cohesion and communication through Enneagram-based coaching, offering custom workshops to foster authentic engagement and collaboration. Previously, during a significant tenure at Dropbox, Sierra held various senior HR roles, ultimately serving as Director and Head of Tech HR Business Partners, where leadership of a team supported the tech organization and collaborated with executives across multiple domains. Early career experience includes positions at Mercer, focusing on health and welfare strategy for large organizations, coupled with a foundational role at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
