Tiffany Siu

Tiffany Siu is the Head of Talent at First Round Capital, a seed-stage venture firm that supports technology entrepreneurs and companies through innovative services and community engagement. Prior to this role, Tiffany served as a Senior Recruiter at Robinhood, where the mission focused on democratizing the financial system, and worked as a Recruiter at Palantir Technologies, assisting institutions in leveraging data to address critical challenges. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics and Communication from the University of California, Davis, and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Hong Kong.
