Heather Blumenthal Aphr

Heather Blumenthal, aPHR, serves as the Manager of Property Operations at FirstService Residential in California since February 2023, after a tenure as Operations Manager at Tahoe Keys Property Owners' Association from November 2014 to February 2023. Throughout this period, Heather has adeptly supported the Board of Directors, prepared meeting materials, managed records, and implemented HR policies while also overseeing staff training and operational procedures. Previous experience includes administrative and HR management roles at Plasma Technology Systems and HairWorks Family Salon, where project management and client interactions were key highlights. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University, Heather's educational background also includes studies at the College of San Mateo.
