Lauren Sharp

Lauren Sharp, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at FirstService Residential in California since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Executive Team Leader- Human Resources at Target, where responsibilities included managing human resource functions across multiple store locations and overseeing staffing processes. Lauren began their career at Target as an Executive Intern, conducting a project focused on enhancing employee recognition programs. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration in 2009.
