Mark Nathanson

Mark Nathanson is an experienced general manager currently overseeing operations at a 534-unit high-rise condominium on Hollywood Beach with FirstService Residential since August 2025. Previous roles include managing director at AKAM, where responsibilities encompassed financial and operational management of luxury condominiums, and senior property manager at EBMG LLC, handling high-demand luxury buildings in Manhattan. Mark also served as property manager and licensed real estate agent at The Andrews Organization Inc., managing one of the company’s prestigious landmark buildings. Beginning a career in real estate at Sotheby's International Realty and The Corcoran Group, Mark built an impressive rental and sales track record. Prior experience in advertising includes leadership roles at VML, Publicis, and IPG Mediabrands, where successful campaigns contributed to substantial product launches. Mark holds a Master's degree in Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Clark University.
