Ailsa Spradling

Ailsa Spradling is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in coordinating marketing and sales support activities. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at Firstsource Transaction Services since November 2013 and at MedAssist, a Firstsource company, since July 2007, Ailsa excels in managing sales proposals, campaign management, branding strategies, and communication both externally and internally. Prior to these roles, Ailsa worked as a Patient Care Associate at Norton Healthcare and held internships at the University of Louisville, where leadership abilities were demonstrated as a Project Manager and Sales Representative for the Student Marketing Association. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Louisville, obtained in 2006.
