Dinesh Ramesh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and customer service roles within the business process outsourcing and sales sectors. Currently serving as a Director at Firstsource since September 2021, Dinesh previously held various positions at Cognizant, including Deputy General Manager, Manager, and Team Manager, focusing on production planning, SLA management, metrics reporting, people management, and customer relationship management from January 2007 to September 2021. Prior to that, Dinesh worked at Sutherland Global Services as a Senior Process Executive, addressing customer escalations, and began a career as an Area Sales Manager at India YAMAHA Motor Pvt. Ltd.
