Himani Babbar

Himani Babbar currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the MD and CEO at Firstsource since February 2024. Prior to this role, Himani Babbar worked at Tech Mahindra from June 2008 to February 2024, holding various positions including Senior Manager in Corporate FP&A, where responsibilities included overseeing the EPM onboarding process to improve efficiency by aligning business strategy with operational performance. Additionally, as Group Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Himani Babbar managed the Growth Office and Revenue Operations, gaining extensive experience in planning, strategy, and process improvement. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Telecom from Amity University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
