Kapil Bobde

Kapil Bobde is currently the AVP of Product Management at Firstsource Solutions, where they manage and prioritize the product roadmap and define new product solutions. With extensive experience in product management across various domains, including telecom and banking, Kapil has worked with large cross-functional teams and has specialized in client interaction and requirement elicitation. Prior to their current role, they held positions such as Product Manager at Infosys and Program Manager at MACH Teledata, and possess a Master of Computer Applications degree from Nagpur University. They have also contributed to industry standards as a former member of the GSMA forum's TADIG, TDS, and CPWP groups.
