Lisa Corcoran

Lisa Corcoran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service excellence and quality management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Firstsource since June 2010, Lisa has also held the position of Deputy General Manager and has been instrumental in leading service excellence initiatives across multi-site operations. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Barclaycard from January 1999 to May 2010, where responsibilities included serving as a Quality and Compliance Analyst and Team Leader. Lisa holds a BA (Hons) in Education from the University of Sunderland, awarded between 1999 and 2002.
