Malavika Gowda is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in contract management and negotiations across various industries. Currently serving as Director - Legal & Compliance at Firstsource since January 2024, Malavika previously held similar director and associate director roles at Morae from July 2021 to December 2023. Malavika's career includes significant positions at UnitedLex Corporation as Senior Commercial Contracts Manager for DXC Technologies India Private Limited, and Oracle where Malavika managed complex contracting processes for Cloud, License, and Hardware.
