Manasa BM is a Business Analyst at Firstsource since March 2024, bringing a background in software testing from previous roles at Laminaar Aviation Infotech, where Manasa served as both an Associate and Trainee Software Test Engineer from January 2022 to March 2024. Prior to this, Manasa gained experience as an Internshala Student Partner in 2020. Manasa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science/Studies from Kalpataru Institute of Technology, completed in 2021, and a Pre-University Certificate in PCMB from Government PU College, attained in 2017.
