Mark Dundas

Mark Dundas is an accomplished operations leader with significant experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Operations and previously holding titles such as Director of Operations and General Manager at Firstsource since November 2020, Mark also contributes as a Board Member for Contact Centre Network NI since March 2022. Mark's career includes a notable tenure as Country Account Manager at Amazon Logistics, where responsibilities included strategic direction for 29 partners in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Prior roles at Vodafone involved heading Customer Retention and Acquisition for Northern Ireland, overseeing a sizable operation of approximately 1000 FTEs, while earlier experience at BT and Danske Bank further developed robust operational and project management skills. Mark is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at The Open University, expected to complete in July 2024.
