Miestalin John

Miestalin John serves as the AVP of Technology at Firstsource, a position held since January 2019. Previously, Miestalin was the Senior Director of Technology at [24]7.ai from November 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing technology operations and managing ITIL standards for Helpdesk and Incident Management. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Firstsource Solutions and a Dialer Manager position at GE Countrywide, where Miestalin successfully implemented the Retention Process in Dialer. Miestalin began the career as a Senior Application Support Executive at NVCL and started in a Trainee Technical Executive role at Techno Soft Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MCA and a B.Com from Madras University, along with early education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
