Nitish Kumar

Nitish Kumar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager - Technology at Firstsource since October 2024, Nitish previously held various positions at Iron Systems, Inc from December 2014 to October 2024, including Associate Principal Engineer and Lead Application Developer, focusing on software development and quality assurance through Agile methodologies. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Specialist, where Nitish contributed to the development of internal web applications and provided application support for ERP systems. Earlier experience includes positions at QA InfoTech, Varshyl Technologies Pvt Ltd, Rensoft Technosys Pvt. Ltd., and Aegis, with a foundation in customer support and web application development using various technologies.
