Philip Ruston

Philip Ruston is a business development and sales leader with extensive experience across public sector organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Sector Business Development at Firstsource, they have led significant initiatives including a 10-year Joint Venture Partnership with a large unitary council and a £100 million multi-service partnership with Peterborough City Council. Philip previously held roles at companies such as Serco, Agilisys, and Bull Information Systems, achieving major contract wins and substantial revenue growth. They possess an MBA from Bradford University and a BA in Geography from The University of Sheffield, along with participation in the Oxford Management Programme.
