Ravie Chander is a seasoned quality professional with over 22 years of BPO experience and 17 years specializing in Quality Assurance and Operations Excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance & Operations Excellence at Firstsource, Ravie is proficient in Quality Concepts, Six Sigma, and the COPC Standard. Ravie has held significant positions at companies including HCL Technologies and Exela Technologies and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and COPC Registered Coordinator. Ravie’s expertise includes customer complaint management, CSAT analysis, and developing standardized workflow methodologies. Ravie holds a degree in commerce from D.G. Vaishnav College.
