Richa Sethi

Richa Sethi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President - HRBP Asia at Firstsource since July 2016. Richa's career at Firstsource began in 2008 as Assistant Manager Employee Engagement and Retention, progressing through various roles to Deputy General Manager and General Manager HR. Additionally, Richa interned with the Hiring team at Google in 2006. Richa holds a PGDM in Human Resources from BIMM Pune, a Master's in Labour Law from Pune University, and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Delhi University.
