Ritesh Idnani

Ritesh Idnani is an accomplished business leader currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Firstsource since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ritesh held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Uniphore from September 2021 to August 2023. Ritesh’s extensive experience includes serving as Chairperson of the Board at Eventus Solutions Group, Perigord Life Science Solutions, and BORN Group, and participating on the Board of Managers at Mad*Pow. Ritesh was President at Tech Mahindra from August 2016 to September 2021 and Managing Partner at RMI Partners from September 2014 to July 2016. Ritesh also co-founded and served as President and CEO of Seamless Health, an Accretive portfolio company, and was an independent Board Member at Consolidated Aviation Services LLC. Ritesh holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
