Rohit Sant is an experienced leader with over two decades in the technology and services sector. Currently serving as SVP and Global Head of Digital Services at Firstsource since 2025, they previously held key roles at Infosys, including Head of Americas Delivery for AI & Automation Services. Rohit also contributed significantly at Tech Mahindra as Vice President and Global Practice Head for AI, where they led various AI initiatives and managed global client solutions.
