Saikumar Talla

Saikumar Talla is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Firstsource since March 2022, focusing on managing the end-to-end underwriting center of excellence. Previously, Saikumar held the position of Associate Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions Global Services Limited from October 2016 to August 2022, and served as Deputy General Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2006 to October 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire mortgage end-to-end process. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Lead, managing a team of 65 underwriters across various loan types, and as a certified underwriter. Saikumar began a career in banking as a Foreign Exchange Manager at ICICI Bank between March 2003 and February 2006, focusing on remittance and repatriation services. Saikumar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University.
