Sameer Kaushik is an experienced professional in transitions and project management with a strong focus on the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the Transitions and Project Management Director at Firstsource since May 2021, Sameer leads various digital and non-digital projects that enhance healthcare backend services and facilitate client engagement through digital modalities. Previously, Sameer held key positions at Cognizant, including General Manager of Transition and Transformation, where significant savings were achieved through process excellence initiatives. Sameer also brings extensive project management experience from Genpact and a foundational role at IBM. Sameer holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
