Samuel Gamez

Samuel Gamez is a recruitment and operations leader with extensive experience in the BPO industry, currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at Firstsource. They previously held leadership roles at Consumer Legal Group, where they led call center operations, and at RemZen, where they established an in-house recruitment process. Samuel has also worked as an English Second Language Teacher and has been involved in exam invigilation with Cambridge Assessment International Education.
