Sonali Gupta is a seasoned professional in talent and learning, currently serving as the Global Lead at Firstsource since December 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at Deloitte from July 2018 to November 2025, progressing from Senior Consultant to Director within Human Capital Advisory. Sonali has also worked as a Senior Consultant in People & Organisation at EY from May 2015 to July 2018 and completed a summer internship at Standard Chartered in April 2014. An MBA in Human Resources Management was obtained from XLRI Jamshedpur (2013-2015), along with a BA in Economics from Delhi University (2010-2013).
