Sonali Sen

Sonali Sen is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing Transformation at Firstsource since July 2025. Previously, Sonali held the position of Head of Growth + Marketing at Zemoso Technologies from November 2021 to July 2025, playing a key role in establishing a new marketing agency arm and expanding the client base. Prior to that, Sonali was the Head of Brand Marketing + Agency at Inman News and worked as a Brand Strategy Consultant, focusing on revenue generation for a B2B platform. Sonali has also held strategic roles at Skift, Indmax, and Booking.com, where expertise in brand strategy, content management, and operational expansion was further developed. Sonali holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication Studies from Manipal University.
