Stacey Opfer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in account management and member experience within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as VP of Account Management at Firstsource since February 2024, Stacey previously held significant roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from March 2020 to July 2023, including VP, Chief Service Officer and Staff VP of Customer Advocacy & Migrations.
