Steve Exton

Steve Exton is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in sales across the debt collection and business process outsourcing industries. Currently serving as AVP - Business Development for Europe at Firstsource since November 2021, Steve has previously held senior sales positions, including Sales Director roles at CCSCollect and NCO Europe Limited, where responsibilities included managing key clients and identifying new business opportunities. Prior to those roles, Steve was Client Relationship Director at Allied International Credit and has extensive experience in leadership positions, including Branch Manager at Beneficial Finance and earlier roles at The Associates and Legal & General.
