Tim Smith

Tim Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Firstsource since January 2022, Tim leads a global sales team focused on surpassing growth targets through strategic execution and team development. Prior roles include Chief Sales Officer at Empereon-Constar, where Tim implemented Go-To-Market strategies for customer lifecycle solutions, and Senior Vice President of Sales at TSI, overseeing business development in commercial and consumer markets. With a foundational background in banking and receivables management from positions at M&T Bank and Firstsource, Tim also held key roles at ABC-Amega and Dun & Bradstreet. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Buffalo State University, and is pursuing advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Process Engineering.
