Anne Swinney has an extensive work experience history, starting as a Chief Financial Officer & Controller at Fidelity Investments in 1989 and holding similar roles at eCharge Bank, Volkswagen Bank USA, and 21st Century Financial Corporation. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Easterseals Northern California. Anne then went on to co-found Kids Overcoming, LLC in 2012, where they served as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Anne also worked as a Managing Partner at Focus Consulting and as the Senior Vice President of Payer Strategy and Growth at Kadiant. Currently, Anne holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. where they are dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism and their families.
Anne Swinney received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 1989. Anne also holds certifications in "How to Pitch to Investors" and "Sramana Mitra on Bootstrapping" from LinkedIn, as well as being a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
