Nelli Shirzad

Nelli Shirzad has diverse work experience, starting as a Behavioral Therapist at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. in 2016. Nelli then progressed through roles such as Administrative Coordinator, Operations & Human Resources Coordinator, Junior Human Resources Business Partner, and currently serves as the Director of People & Purpose at the same company. Nelli also worked as a Public Relations Intern at Krupa Consulting and as an Associate at CSULB Bookstore.

Nelli Shirzad earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, completing their degree in 2022.
